Each month from Octorber 2006 to December 2007, I taught five different Classes,

for a total 75 Classes.

However, some classes took more than one hour so I ended up with over 80 hours of video instruction on 15 DVDs

These are CDs that will run in all DVD players and on your computer if it has a DVD player
